December 19th Blizzard Report — 1990

This sudden blast of cold and ice brought Portland some of the lowest temperatures ever recorded here (we’re talking single digits). if you’re too young to remember it, consider yourself lucky, then consider yourself underprivileged for having never experienced the 80’s.
