Shari’s Cafe And Pies — Spring 1993
Shari’s recently bit the dust, at least in Oregon. This chain was part of the “cozy family restaurant that specializes in pies” trend alongside Carrows and Plush Pippin that thrived in the 80s. And, yeah, I know the tracking here is lousy, but that isn’t my fault. Dad’s VCR heads slipped out of alignment about two years after he bought it and he was never aware. I would eventually learn how to adjust VCR guts myself to compensate for that, but this tape is from an early digitization job where I didn’t know how yet.
