OPB Sign-On Sequence — From 2003?

Guess what I found out today? When stations stopped turning off their signals every night, they DIDN’T stop airing these sign-on sequences at six in the morning. I thought we were done with these, but no! Wonder if they’re still a thing. I’m not waking up early enough to check.

Even more interesting: the spiel uttered by this announcer is barely any different from the narration over twenty years prior, back when they were called OEPBS.
