I'm often listening to the radio when plotting these issues out. It has occurred to me there is probably something different I'm supposed to be doing instead in this modern age, some kind of musical streaming service or whatnot, but I'm too lazy to look it up. If you haven't turned on the radio in a while, what's on the first two pages is usually typical. Actually, I could sum the whole experience up in just this one panel:

YES! This is the kind of submission I was hoping for ever since BANG started! The Robot Library, sent to us by Justin Zimmerman, is a true creative work of imagination, rendered in highly detailed and gorgeous B&W inks. And if BANG wasn't a thing, you would never know it existed, would you? This is the kind of dilemma we came to resolve! |

This month in Forever 16, Joel Maxwell and company form the innovative, ground-breaking garage band known as Westworld -- an event so history-shattering it had to get on the cover. So who's the punklike chick on that cover, as well as in every logo banner Forever 16 has had? You'll meet her next issue -- this is a 2-parter. |
| Here's another veteran cartoonist, Portland's own Shannon Wheeler, with a one-pager from his series "How To Be Happy." If the name sounds familiar, Wheeler is more known for his other comic series, "Too Much Coffee Man." You may be seeing TMCM in a future issue, so keep your eyes peeled.

| I've read things that amused me, but few like this. This "guide" to the latter-day seasons of The Simpsons (known to most bitter long-time fans as "Zombie Simpsons") had me laughing so hard I could barely breathe. I had to read it in chunks because it was just too much to take at once. The best part about it is that most of these ideas are within the realm of possibility for the series as it currently is, and could wind up fooling a few people.

Who will be published in BANG next? It could be YOU! (Better watch your back!)
